Sehr geehrter Herr Dr. Wolf, wie Ihnen vielleicht bekannt ist, spielen sich in der Polizei Bielefeld katastrophale Zustände ab. Beihilfe zum Bandendiebstahl, Beihilfe zur Erpressung, Unterstützung einer kriminellen Vereinigung, Strafvereitelung im Amt, Urkundenfälschung, u.s.w. Das beiliegende Informationsmaterial hilft Ihnen, die Zustände, welcher erheblich schwerkrimineller Art sind, wahrzunehmen und zu bekämpfen. Ich hatte persönlich heute um 10:30 einen Termin bei einer Frau Meier, Beschwerdestelle der Polizei Bielefeld, zur Abholung von Beweismaterial zur weiteren Verwendung. Es handelte sich um 9 CD` s mit Erpressertelefonaten und Morddrohungen. Als ich zu Hause mir die CD` s genauer ansah, mußte ich mit Entsetzen feststellen, daß wieder einmal strafbares Handeln wichtiger war, als Verbrechensbekämpfung, denn die CD´ s waren mutwillig mit einem spitzen Gegenstand verschrammt und untauglich gemacht. Zweck dieser polizeilichen Beweismittelvernichtung war es, die kriminelle Unterwanderung der Polizei nicht zu gefährden. Ich rief heute Nachmittag persönlich bei der zuständigen Frau Meier an und berichtete von der Beweisvernichtung. Frau Meier bestritt, daß die CD` s verkratzt gewesen waren und stellte die Behauptung auf, diese seien ausgewertet worden. Als ich angab, den Fall bei Herrn Dr. Ingo Wolf vorzutragen brach sie in schallendes Gelächter aus. Sie erhalten heute erneut Beweismaterial mit der Aufforderung, dieses innerhalb 7 Werktagen auswerten zu lassen und entsprechende Haftbefehle gegen Rainer Koch und Udo Kranzmann wegen Verstoß, gem. § 129 StGB, ergehen zu lassen. Sollten Sie sich hierauf nicht einlassen wollen, muß ich annehmen, daß Sie die Zustände innerhalb der Bielefelder Kreispolizeibehörde erwünschen und auch beibehalten wollen. Hiernach wären nur noch entsprechende Verfügungsklagen zu erwarten. Ebenso ist, ähnlich, wie im Fall Horst Kruse, eine baldmöglichste Amtsenthebung bei den Personen Erwin Südfeld, Ülsberg, Bodmann, Findorff, Röttgen und Gebranzig, anzustreben. Die Bielefelder Kreispolizeibehörde ist eine gefährliche kriminell unterwanderte Vereinigung. Sie muß noch am heutigen Tage von Bandenkriminellen gesäubert werden. Es waren Beauftragte des Vermieters des Kellerraums. Sie sollten das ganze Lager leerstehlen und das Diebesgut in einen Seecontainer verbringen, oder verbringen lassen. Der Vermieter war blamiert, weil er strafbar handelte, denn einen Gerichtsbeschluss hatte er natürlich nicht zur heimlichen abendlichen Räumung des Raums. Er rief die Polizei und sprach sich heimlich mit dieser ab. Dann erteilte die Polizei mir an 2 Tagen je einen Platzverweis, anstelle die Diebe zu verfolgen. Wochen später war mein Auto gestohlen. Er gab den Fall an die StA Bielefeld weiter, die aber in eigenen Strafsachen nicht zuständig ist. Eine Behörde ermittelt nicht gegen sich selbst. Auf der beiliegenden CD ist zu hören, wie ein Erpresser Lösegeld für seine Kunden verlangt, denn das Geld ist nicht für ihn. Es folgten die Androhungen mit dem Kopfschuss als konkludente Drohung. Später kamen die Geständnisse, denn der Geldkoffer sollte dafür abzugeben sein, dass der kleine Postweg gewählt werden sollte und das bedeutet Schulden reduzieren und dadurch eine Hilfe leisten. Der Erpresser sagte dazu: Leider machen wir das schon zu lange. Melden Sie sich, wenn Sie Abspielprobleme mit der CD haben, oder wenn Sie den Glauben vertreten, dass der Inhalt doch gar nicht strafbar sei. Im ersten Falle könnte ich mich mit 2 großen Lautsprecher einmal vor Ihren Hauptsitz stellen und Sie und die Öffentlichkeit über deliktische NRW-Strukturen aufklären, vielleicht verstehen Sie dann, was verboten ist und was nicht.
